Brian grew up on a farm in Kutztown, PA, where he learned his unrelenting work ethic. Growing up he was more interested in working on the family farm and driving truck than studying the books.

Trucking is in his blood…. Brian drove for several years and then was asked to help Peters Brothers, Inc. with their dispatching. Brian dispatched and started handling some of the operations. He helped develop the company into a multi-million-dollar LTL carrier.  To this day, he would rather have his office looking out a windshield instead of behind a desk. He often says he does his best thinking out on the road and is now the proud owner of Peters Brothers, Inc.

Throughout his career, he has been known for his honesty, integrity and giving back to the community. He served on his church’s business team, is the supervisor for his local township, a board member of the PMTA, and is the President of the STIL insurance captive that Peters Brothers has been a part of for many years.   

When he actually has a free minute, he spends time with his family on their own farm.  He married his high school sweetheart Tina, and together they raised two amazing sons and love spoiling their grandchildren.
